Where do we take everything?
The disposal of your items depends on what they are. We make every effort to take items to resale shops, scrap yards, and recycling stations whenever possible. However, some items may need to be taken to the nearest municipal dump. Please note, while we aim to be as eco-friendly as possible, we are not a dedicated recycling company.
What all do we take?
We do not remove anything that may be considered hazardous or dangerous for our team members, including asbestos, paint, chemicals, solvents, oils, biological/medical waste, dead animals, waste storage or oil tanks, and storage or oil drums.
Do I have to be home when you arrive?
Yes, you need to be home when we arrive, unless you’ve already piled all the items at the curb before your scheduled appointment. This ensures we can access everything that needs to be removed and provides an opportunity for you to approve the estimate before we begin. If you’re unable to be there, just let us know in advance, and we can discuss alternative arrangements!
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
No need to worry about lifting a finger! Just point us to the items you want removed, and our professional crew will take care of everything, from heavy lifting to clean-up.
